Ontario introduced GDL in 1994. When we look at these figures- it is clear why Ontario is regarded as leader in field because of dramatic effect of GDL.
By 1998 novice driver collisions were down by a massive 31% and the
fatality rate for new drivers was down by 24%.
We would be cheering if we could achieve a similar effect here.
